    This hat is made of good quality Wool Felt. This hat is /" tall. More description coming soon. Shown with matching trim and plume. The plume is a very fancy ostrich and full head 3 ply "French" plume, it is not just an  single ostrich feather plume. It is turned up over left eye, not on the side.
