Brass Telescope with Tabletop Stand: Detailed replica of classic campaign style telescope. Adjustable legs, brass accents. Magnifies 10X. Professional decorators love this vintage instrument. Size is 42.5cm x 26cm x 55cm, 16.75" x 10.25" x 21.75". Nickel Telescope with Floor Stand: Like the sturdy surveyor's instruments from Victorian times… attractive ebonized wood and brass height adjustable tripod. A telescope handmade by skilled craftsmen. A separate eye-scope mounted atop. All brass plated in heavy nickel to withstand the elements and keep its shine forever. 19th C. explorer's tool now beloved as beautiful and interesting home décor. Size is 44cm x 23cm x 68cm, 17.25" x 9" x 26.75". Bronze Telescope: Made to store away as small as possible this is a marvel of hand tooled telescoping brass tubes. Pull out all the way and focus by adjusting the smallest eye-section. Feel like a sea captain scanning the horizon from a heaving aft-deck. Leather covered. Bronze finished. Size is 46cm x 5.5cm, 18" x 2.25". Nickel Telescope: Similar to our new bronze spyglass, except for being completely nickel plated. Nickel finish was more for civilian use, since captains and military didn't want to become an obvious target for snipers in times of action. Nice long drawn out telescoping sections turn this beautifully crafted instrument into wonderful nostalgic décor! Size is 42.5cm x 5.5cm, 16.5" x 2.25". Bronze Binoculars: Classic campaign glasses used by Victorian gentry and Army & Navy to observe while able to take notes and sketch. Sturdy 19th C. binoculars on elegant beautifully crafted mini-tripod. Binoculars were a Victorian invention and were much easier to use than the one lens drawn out telescope. Size is 14cm x 12cm x 5.5cm, 5.5" x 4,75" x 2.25". Bronze Binoculars with Tripod: Add a tripod stand to the Bronze Binoculars. Sextant, pocket: Charming pocket sextant as used by Victorian explorers and surveyors. Intricate and semi-functional, it has all the pieces needed to shoot the sun. A sextant defined latitude. A clock longitude. Defining the angle of Sun and Stars with the horizon was an important way to navigate and survey. A beautiful intricate little instrument with an interesting and ancient history. Size is 11cm x 11cm x 6cm, 4.25" x 4.25" x 2.25". NOT DESIGNED FOR ACTUAL USE!
